With that in mind, we implemented the following COVID policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BROADBAND SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keeping connected is more important than ever.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Palmerton Telephone will <strong>waive the upgrade fee for our DSL service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You have <strong>access to all PenTeleData Community Wi-Fi hotspots<\/strong>. Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ptdwifi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ptdwifi.com<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Palmerton Telephone offers payment options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flexible payment options<\/strong> are available. Please call 610.826.6650 or email us at <a href=\"mailto:ptcbusinessoffice.ptelco.com\">ptcbusinessoffice.ptelco.com<\/a> to make arrangements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>e-Bill<\/strong> is available to <strong>view and pay your bill online<\/strong>, as well as set up easy pay options. As an e-Bill customer, you can even call in to <strong>request paperless billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our drop box <\/strong>located at our Business offices (465 Delaware Avenue in Palmerton and our Gilbert Office located off of Route 209) are perfect for contactless payments. If making drop box payments, please include your email and mailing address so that we may provide you a receipt for your payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COVID PRACTICES\/PRECAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would rather be safe than sorry, so out of the abundance of caution, we are continuing the following practices.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business Offices<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wearing masks.<\/strong> Palmerton Telephone employees will continue to wear masks to protect both our customers and themselves.
