Palmerton Telephone is excited to announce that on the afternoon of August 28, 2025, we will be launching a new and improved bill payexperience through Paymentus. Here are a few key details to ensure a seamless transition for our teams and our customers:

The Paymentus platform will introduce a host of expanded capabilities:

- Set up and manage automatic payments with a variety of payment options
- View digital statements and historical account information
- eBills and mobile-friendly communications, notifications and payment reminders

AUTOPAY PAYMENTS:
If you are currently using AutoPay and your payment method doesn’t expire within the next 90 days, your data will automatically be migrated to our new system and your payments will continue to be made using your preferred payment method. You may change this setting at any time by visiting (account management section).
IF YOUR AUTOPAY PAYMENT EXPIRES WITHIN THE NEXT 90 DAYS
AutoPay customers whose payment methods expire within the next 90 days WILL NOT be automatically migrated to our new system and will have to re-register once the new system is in place. To avoid having to re-register, you can simply change your existing AutoPayment method to one that does not expire within the next 90 days.
The Timeline:
The current system will be live until 5 PM on August 27. The new Paymentus platform will be fully implemented on the afternoon of August 28. Our teams are currently working with the Paymentus team to ensure there is no service interruption for our customers.

Where do I find my new bill?Once you have an account created in Paymentus, click on the “View my Bill” icon when you log in.

Will I still receive a paper copy of my bill?Unless you request or select paperless billing, you will receive a paper bill.
