Caller ID Service is an optional feature which allows those with service to see the telephone number of an incoming call. The number shows on a display unit the customer purchases. The telephone number of an incoming call will display between the first and second rings. Caller ID Service only works in certain areas. Caller ID is available to customers by monthly subscription only, which provides unlimited use of this service. Caller ID Service also provides the ability to reject calls from those who have blocked the display of their telephone number on outgoing calls. This feature is called Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR). Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) can be activated by dialing *77 (tone) or 1177 (rotary) and deactivated by dialing *87 (tone) or 1187 (rotary).

Deluxe Caller ID shows the telephone number and name of an incoming call on the customer provided display unit. The telephone number and name of an incoming call will display between the first and second rings.

When you make a call, your phone number and/or name may be seen on the recipient’s Caller ID. To block this information from being displayed, you have two options. PER CALL BLOCKING is for single call use and is FREE to use by simply dialing *67 (Tone) or 1167 (Rotary) before placing a call. PER LINE BLOCKING blocks this information for all calls you make, and requires you to contact our business office to order and is FREE. If you decide to discontinue Per Line Blocking, you can simply dial *82 (Tone) or 1182 (Rotary). Should you decide to reactivate Per Line Blocking, you will be charged the set-up fee. Per Call Blocking and Per Line Blocking DO NOT block Caller ID info for calls to 911, 800, 888, or 900 services.

CALL TRACEUsage – $1.00 per use.

Traces the number of the last call received and sends the number to the local telephone office. The number will be provided only to a representative of an authorized law enforcement agency(s) and not to the subscriber. The customer is required to contact the telephone company for further action. This service should only be used in the case of life-threatening, obscene or harassing calls. Use Call Trace from tone phones by dialing *57 and from rotary dial phones by dialing 1157.

Automatically redials the last number dialed. If the called number is busy, Repeat Call will keep dialing that number for up to 30 minutes and signal the calling party with a special ring if the called number becomes available. Calls made using this service are subject to the regular local or toll charges. Use Repeat Call from tone phones by dialing *66 and from rotary dial phones by dialing 1166.
