Caller ID Service is an optional feature which allows those with service to see the telephone number of an incoming call. The number shows on a display unit the customer purchases. The telephone number of an incoming call will display between the first and second rings. Caller ID Service only works in certain areas. Caller ID is available to customers by monthly subscription only, which provides unlimited use of this service. Caller ID Service also provides the ability to reject calls from those who have blocked the display of their telephone number on outgoing calls. This feature is called Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR). Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) can be activated by dialing *77 (tone) or 1177 (rotary) and deactivated by dialing *87 (tone) or 1187 (rotary).
DELUXE CALLER ID SERVICE

Deluxe Caller ID shows the telephone number and name of an incoming call on the customer provided display unit. The telephone number and name of an incoming call will display between the first and second rings.
CALLER ID BLOCKING
Per Call Blocking – No Charge
Line Blocking – No Charge
When you make a call, the person you are calling may see your telephone number and/or name on a Caller ID display unit. If you would like to block the display of this information, you have two free blocking options: per call blocking and line blocking. There is no charge for per call blocking. Line blocking is also free. There is only a charge if you remove and reconnect it. You do not need to order per call blocking; you do need to order line blocking. Display of your telephone number on calls to 911 and to 800, 888 and 900 services cannot be blocked. To use Per-Call Blocking dial *67 (Tone) or 1167 (Rotary) before placing each call. The code to turn off Per-Line Blocking is the same as the one to use Per-Call Blocking, *67 or 1167.
Usage – $1.00 per use.
Traces the number of the last call received and sends the number to the local telephone office. The number will be provided only to a representative of an authorized law enforcement agency(s) and not to the subscriber. The customer is required to contact the telephone company for further action. This service should only be used in the case of life-threatening, obscene or harassing calls. Use Call Trace from tone phones by dialing *57 and from rotary dial phones by dialing 1157.
$3.00 per month.
Automatically redials the last number dialed. If the called number is busy, Repeat Call will keep dialing that number for up to 30 minutes and signal the calling party with a special ring if the called number becomes available. Calls made using this service are subject to the regular local or toll charges. Use Repeat Call from tone phones by dialing *66 and from rotary dial phones by dialing 1166.
Usage – $.50 per use.
Subscription – $4.00 per month.

SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING

Allows you to forward incoming calls from up to ten (10) telephone numbers within the 610 calling area to another telephone number. SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION
$5.00 per month.
Allows the user to automatically reject calls from directory numbers (DNs) on the customer’s predesignated screening list. When a call is placed to the customer’s number from a number on the screening list, the caller receives an announcement indicating that the party he or she is trying to reach does not wish to receive calls at this time. To use this service dial *60 (Tone) or 1160 (Rotary). To discontinue use dial *80 (Tone) or 1180 (Rotary).
SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE
$5.00 per month.
Screens incoming calls against a list of directory numbers (DNs) specified by you and then accepts only calls from those numbers. Calls from others are denied access to your line and hear a recording, indicating that you do not wish to receive calls at this time. To use this service dial *68 (Tone) or 1168 (Rotary). To discontinue use dial *88 (Tone) or 1188 (Rotary).
DISTINCTIVE RINGING/CALL WAITING TONE
$5.00 per month.
Provides special identification for calls received from telephone numbers that you specify. You create a screening list through an interactive dialing sequence. When a call is received from one of the numbers on you list, you are alerted with a distinctive ringing or call waiting tone. Incoming calls from telephone numbers not on your list will produce a normal ringing pattern or call waiting tone. To use this service dial *61 (Tone) or 1161 (Rotary). To discontinue use dial *81 (Tone) or 1181 (Rotary).
TEEN LINE SERVICE
$4.50 per month per number.
This feature provides for up to four (4) numbers on one (1) access line. Incoming calls to each number can be identified by a unique ringing pattern.

“900” INFORMATION SERVICE BLOCKING
Provides customers the capability to Block origination of direct dialed calls to a “900” Information Service number. Initial blocking is provided at no charge upon customer request. Subsequent requests for “900” Blocking will be provided at the prevailing Company nonrecurring rates.
