Palmerton Telephone launched a new and improved bill pay experience through Paymentus.
Here are a few key details:
WHAT’S NEW:
The Paymentus platform will introduce a host of expanded capabilities:
-
-
- Enjoy hassle-free registration
- Set up and manage automatic payments with a variety of payment options
- View digital statements and historical account information
- eBills and mobile-friendly communications, notifications and payment reminders
-
AUTOPAY PAYMENTS:
Most customers who were set up for AutoPay were automatically migrated over to our new system and payments will continue to be made using their preferred payment methods. Changes may be made at any time by logging in to our online bill payment platform and going to the account management section.
IF YOUR AUTOPAY DATA WAS NOT AUTOMATICALLY MIGRATED
AutoPay customers whose payment methods did not automatically migrate over to our new system will have to re-register. This was most likely caused by having a payment method that was set to expire within the 90-day transition window. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Who is Paymentus?
Paymentus powers bill paythroughout North America and is a best in class electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) provider. Its cloud-based bill payment technology solutions are currently in use by more than 1,900 billers and financial institutions, and the company was rated as the #1 EBPP provider by Aite-Novarica.
